A message from our founder …

Throughout my career, I’ve always had a passion for people and a drive to be my best.

All great leaders share the same qualities. At the time of starting Broadspring Consulting, I’d acknowledged my skills in consulting, delivery, leadership and training - as well as a strong desire to help others.

Since that day, it has been my mission to help other leaders be the best they can be. That is how Broadspring quickly became one of Victoria's leading Change Management Organisations.

Beginning with a large client right from the start, I soon gathered a small portfolio of other businesses for whom I provided skill development through training and coaching.
My work means everything to me.

When you see the impact on a leader who is unhappy and unfulfilled in their role it hurts them as an individual.

But the ripple effect of that is huge - not only their team suffers, but the whole company suffers too.

When I assist leaders to be great at what they do, I know that the impact of that is felt in many other circles. Creating better work environments and a better social world for us all to live in.
